IT Support

We're looking for candidate to join our amazing family as an IT Engineer. Your responsibilities are: 

• Identify, diagnose and solve user problems when using computers, software, hardware, networks and the Internet;
• Ensure equipment is maintained periodically and warranted/ prepared timely; 
• Install Window 10, Linux, Ubuntu, Centos and related software; Create user account and config email for newcomer;
• Install intranet, cabling and network devices; 
• Create a guidance document  for using computer, software;
• Support end-user for solving troubles, upgrading software, equipment; 
• Research and implement new tools and applications;
• Weekly report to department's head;
• Other tasks assigned by managers.

Your knowledge and experiences:

• Male, 22~28 years old; Graduated from Colledge/ University with related major;
• 1 year experiences as an IT Engineer;
• Can understand speciality documents by English;
• Experienced in troubleshooting & config-setup related to Switch Cisco Layer 2-3, Firewall Fotinet..;
• Experienced in troubleshooting related to Window Server, Domain Cotroller, DHCP, DNS. Have knowledge, setup, config Linux Server: Centos, Ubuntu, Debian... is a plus;
• Be honest and outgoing; responsible, proactive and enthusiasm in work;
• Be eager to learn new things, explore new technologies solutions to apply in work for more effective;
