Phuong Ngo is Founder and CEO of TPS Software who originally started his ICT career in 1997 as a software developer. Phuong had obtained his first degree as holder of BSc of Information Technology and is also holder of Master Degree of Business Administration, accredited by Maastricht School of Management (MSM), Netherlands.

His current leadership roles see him involved in TPS Software Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Coaching, Accounting & Finance, Service activities and Projects Operations.

Phuong has brought his over 18 years of experience in the software outsourcing services to TPS Software. Within that time, Phuong has undertaken various leadership and management roles in software development, delivery and technical support for a wide range of industries and renowned corporations like Sharp, NTT, Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel , Toshiba, GBST...

Phuong has, in particular, an excellent in-depth appreciation of software development and project management, the provision of software services, as well as the development and growing software businesses with consistent quality delivery in an increasingly demanding market. He also had played the ATM role in the SCAMPI to get CMMi level 3 and Level 5 in his former post.

Phu Nguyen – Vice President

Phu Nguyen has more than 14 years of experience in software industry with 13 years focus on Japan market.

Phu has taken many roles from software developer, team leader, project manager, senior manager to head of delivery center in one of the biggest software company in Vietnam and successfully dealing with large clients like NTT Software, Toshiba, Sharp, Fujitsu.

He involved not only in the project delivery, human resource management to oversee a department of 180 members, but also taking key roles in strategy planning, customer relationship, sales & marketing.
